CHARLESTON, S.C., May 1 -- The Citadel issued the following press release:
Cadets and active duty military students who have excelled during the school year were honored Thursday, May 1 at an awards convocation that will become an annual event each year at commencement time. Thirty-five awards were presented during the awards convocation. In addition the 2007-2008 group of Who's Who Among American Universities and Colleges were recognized.
