CHARLESTON, S.C., Sept. 22 -- The Citadel issued the following press release:
The Citadel has added two new battalion tactical officers with significant leadership experience to its ranks.
Marine Corps Col. William P. Leek has assumed command of First Battalion. He replaces Air Force Lt. Col. Robert Sberna, who is now director of cadet activities. Regimental Support Battalion is now under the leadership of retired Navy Capt. Lee Cardwell. Regimental Support Battali . . .
