CHARLESTON, S.C., Oct. 2 -- The Citadel issued the following press release:
The U.S. Army's 183rd Reconnaissance Aviation Company will hold its annual reunion and memorial service at The Citadel on Friday, Oct. 3.
Also known at the Seahorse Company, the 183rd was formed at Fort Hood, Texas, in 1966 and immediately deployed to Vietnam where the aviation unit flew various missions, from medivac trips to enemy reconnaissance. Two Citadel graduates were among thos . . .
