CHARLESTON, S.C., Nov. 3 -- The Citadel issued the following press release:
Cadet Steven Joseph Fulmer of Simpsonville, S.C., is the 2007 recipient of the prestigious Col. Loring K. Himelright Scholarship presented by The Citadel School of Engineering during Homecoming festivities.
Fulmer, a civil engineering major, was lauded for his exemplary academic record - he has earned Gold Stars four times and Dean's List recognition twice.
