CHARLESTON, S.C., Nov. 3 -- The Citadel issued the following press release:
Two men who sacrificed their own safety to help someone else are the latest inductees into the Arland D Williams Society at The Citadel.
The Arland D. Williams Society was created in 2000 to recognize Citadel graduates who have distinguished themselves through community service, heroism and bravery. Inductees are honored each year at Homecoming.
The society is named for Arlan . . .
