A West Virginia University professor of military science has been recognized as one of the best in the country.
WVU Army ROTC Commander Lt. Col. Daniel Albert was recently awarded a U.S. Army Cadet Command Incentive Award for excellence and named the 2008 Cadet Command's Professor of Military Science of the Year.
