PICATINNY ARSENAL, N.J., Aug. 1 -- The U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command issued the following magazine article:

Picatinny Arsenal joined area law enforcement agencies and emergency service representatives to participate in a Uniformed Heroes Day at the Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, N.J. recently.
