TALL AFAR, Iraq, Oct. 12 -- The U.S. Army 1st Armored Division issued the following news release:
Iraqi Army soldiers passed out food rations to residents of Tall Afar's Arbea neighborhood during a food distribution drive geared to visit 30 areas in western Ninewa province during October.
Soldiers from 3rd Battalion, 10th Brigade, 3rd Iraqi Army Division met with over 100 family members at a local school and handed out flour, rice, sugar and chai.
