WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 -- Rep. Travis Childers, D-Miss., (1st CD) issued the following news release:
This week, Congressman Travis Childers (D-MS) has taken various punches from the national media and gun rights opponents, but has continued to stand up for gun owners' rights by supporting his Second Amendment Enforcement Act (H.R. 6691).
The bipartisan legislation, which Congressman Childers introduced earlier this summer and is likely to reach the House floor next week . . .
