SALEM, Mass., April 15 -- Salem State College issued the following press release:
The Vikings became the first Massachusetts State College Athletic Conference (MASCAC) team to win 20 games this season when they went out and blanked Framingham State College, 5-0, in the opener of a twin-bill played this afternoon at the New Salem State College Baseball Field.
However, SSC (20-9 overall; 6-2 MASCAC) committed a season-high five errors en route to a 7-5 nightcap loss t . . .
