CHEYENNE, Wyo., Oct. 6 -- The Wyoming Military Department issued the following news release:
The Wyoming National Guard will break ground for its new Joint Forces Readiness Center, on F.E. Warren Air Force Base, in Cheyenne, at 10 a.m., Oct. 8.
The new Wyoming National Guard Joint Forces Readiness Center Complex will allow the Wyoming Military Department to vacate the renovated elementary school its administrative functions are currently housed in, on Bishop Bouleva . . .
