WASHINGTON, Oct. 16 -- The office of Sen. Jim Bunning, R-Ky., issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Jim Bunning today announced that the United States Department of Labor (DOL) has awarded a $3 million grant to the Kentucky Education Cabinet to assist more than 5,000 civilian employees and private contractors who have been affected by the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) actions at Fort Knox and Armed Forces Reserve Centers around the Commonwealth. $1.5 million in fun . . .
