HAGATNA, Guam, Sept. 23 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Coast Guard, 14th District, issued the following press release:
The U.S. Coast Guard will establish Station Apra Harbor Friday, Sept. 26, 2008, making it the first small boat station in the Mariana Islands.
