WOODBURY, N.J., May 7 -- Gloucester County issued the following news release:
As a result of a meeting hosted by the Constitutional Officers Association of New Jersey (COANJ), Gloucester County Surrogate Helene M. Reed and Freeholders Frank J. DiMarco and Jean DuBois caution residents to be aware of recent solicitation for Living Trusts. Because senior citizens are often the victims of misleading estate plans that can be very costly and unnecessary, Surrogate Reed and the Freehold . . .
