As a result of a meeting hosted by the Constitutional Officers Association of New Jersey (COANJ), Gloucester County Surrogate Helene M. Reed and Freeholders Frank J. DiMarco and Jean DuBois caution residents to be aware of recent solicitation for Living Trusts.
