JEFFERSON CITY, Mo., Oct. 17 -- The Missouri Department of Transportation issued the following news release:
There is good news for everyone who shares Missouri highways: the number of commercial motor vehicle crashes that resulted in fatalities fell an incredible 23 percent between 2005 and 2007. Crashes that resulted in injuries were down 11 percent.
