WASHINGTON, Aug. 22 -- Rep. Betty McCollum, D-Minn. (4th CD), made the following statement:
The Bush administration yesterday announced plans to implement a controversial regulation designed to allow doctors, nurses and other health-care workers who object to abortion from doing delivering health services if they believe it violates their personal beliefs.
