EL PASO, Texas, Sept. 11 -- The city of El Paso issued the following press release:
El Paso Animal Services is asking for public assistance in finding a home for a horse rescued two weeks ago.
Animal Services was contacted on August 30 by a Horizon City resident, who reported he found an abandoned horse in the desert. The concerned resident was riding his own horse when he came across the abandoned horse. Animal Services officers responded to the call and the horse . . .
