JEFFERSON CITY, Mo., Sept. 3 -- The Missouri Department of Agriculture issued the following news release:
The Missouri Department of Agriculture (MDA) has announced an Emerald Ash Borer intrastate quarantine currently designated for all of Wayne County. This announcement follows the recent discovery of the plant pest in the state in late July.
