PORTLAND, Ore., Sept. 5 -- The Oregon University System issued the following news release:
The State Board of Higher Education (the "Board") met today at Portland State University to consider proposed 2008-09 budget allocations, review system diversity status and initiatives, and reviewed proposed changes to the academic program review, among other items discussed by the Board.
