RICHMOND, Va., March 4 -- The Virginia State Bar issued the following news release:
COMMENTS SOUGHT ON EMERGENCY LEGAL SERVICES RULE -- The Virginia State Bar is seeking comments on a proposed Supreme Court of Virginia rule intended to ensure that Virginians can obtain pro bono legal services after disasters or emergencies.
