FRESNO, Calif., Sept. 5 -- California State University Fresno issued the following press release:
To kick off Hispanic Heritage Month, the Latino Heritage Festival will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 6, at California State University, Fresno.
