Today U.S. Senators Arlen Specter, Ranking Member of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and Bob Casey announced the U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee has approved funding for several Northwestern Pennsylvania health care, education and labor projects.
