BOULDER, Colo., Sept. 2 -- Boulder County issued the following news release:

The Boulder County Community Action Program (CAP) will celebrate the Twentieth Annual Multicultural Awards Banquet on Thursday, Oct. 2, at the Radisson Hotel in Longmont. Tickets are $60 per person and reservations must be made by September 18.
