YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio, Dec. 17 -- Youngstown State University issued the following news release:
Tom Oder, assistant professor, Physics and Astronomy, along with former postdoc advisors H. X. Jiang and J. Y. Lin of Kansas State University, were recently issued U.S. patent #7193784 for an invention entitled "Nitride Microlens." Also, Oder, along with former undergraduate student Pam Martin, had the article "Improved Schottky contacts on n-type 4H-SiC using ZrB2 deposited . . .
