LANSING, Mich., Sept. 1 -- Gov. Jennifer M. Granholm, D-Mich., issued the following proclamation:
Whereas , The United States Amateur Ballroom Dancers Association (USABDA) is a nationwide organization catering to thousands of volunteers who love ballroom dancing and profit from the social and health benefits ballroom dancing has to offer; and,
Whereas , Dancing is a great body conditioner and form of aerobic exercise as it tones the body while increasing flexibility . . .
