BOULDER, Colo., Aug. 19 -- Boulder County issued the following news release:
Public health officials are reminding residents to take precautions before paying an unlicensed person to perform body art, or buying "do-it-yourself" piercing kits.
"With the return of students to campus and the surge in popularity of piercing and tattooing we've seen over the last couple years, particularly with the student population, we really want people to be awar . . .
