YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio, Jan. 22 -- Youngstown State University issued the following news release:
The Mahoning Area College Tech Prep Consortium is sponsoring three informational events for Mahoning County high school sophomores and their parents. College Tech Prep is an educational initiative that combines college preparation with technical training.
