BROOKLYN, N.Y., Sept. 2 -- Rep. Edolphus Towns, D-N.Y. (10th CD), issued the following news release:

Responding to the asthma crisis in Brooklyn, Long Island University's Brooklyn Campus, with the support of Congressman Edolphus "Ed" Towns (D-NY), has created the Brenda Pillors Asthma Education Program.
