ABERDEEN, Md., Aug. 7 -- Aberdeen Proving Ground released the following issue of APG News:
A military tax bill containing a combination of new tax benefits and the extension of existing benefits was signed into law June 17 by President Bush.
The Heroes Earnings Assistance and Relief Tax Act of 2008, or HEART Act, includes a provision allowing military Families to receive the $600--perperson economic stimulus rebate even if a spouse does not have a Social Security nu . . .
