MERCED, Calif., Dec. 17 -- The University of California at Merced issued the following press release:
A proposal for a Stem Cell Instrumentation Foundry at the University of California, Merced, has passed the first round of reviews by the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine (CIRM), and the new UC campus has been asked to submit application for the second round.
