President Paul G. Gaffney II has been appointed to the Ocean Research and Resources Advisory Panel (ORRAP) for a four-year term, effective April 14.
As a statutorily authorized panel, the members provide independent advice on ocean scientific and ocean resource management issues to the heads of federal agencies involved in ocean matters, such as the President's Science Ad . . .
