CHAMPAIGN, Ill., Aug. 29 -- The Army Engineer Research and Development Center issued the following news release:
ERDC-CERL deputy director Dr. Kirankumar ("Kumar") Topudurti won the Illinois Government Engineer of the Year Award for 2008. He received the award at the Illinois Society of Professional Engineers' Annual Meeting in Springfield, Ill. Any engineer who is a federal, state or local government employee in Illinois can be nominated for this award. Selection c . . .
