COSTA MESA, Calif., Aug. 28 -- The California State Assembly Republican Caucus issued the following news release:
Assemblyman John J. Benoit (R-Bermuda Dunes) announced that the Assembly passed, by a concurrence vote of 66-0, Assembly Bill 978, Benoit's community care safety bill.
