BELLFLOWER, Calif., Aug. 26 -- The city of Bellflower issued the following news release:
On September 1st, a new state law will take effect making it illegal to dispose of sharps waste in the trash or recycling containers. Sharps waste will now be required to be taken to a collection center in an approved container. Here are a few tips to help you dispose of sharps properly.
