HARTFORD, Conn., Aug. 28 -- The Office of the Mayor of Hartford issued the following news release:
Hartford Mayor Eddie A. Perez today issued a statement today regarding new census data released by Connecticut Voices For Children that show a decline in the number of uninsured in Connecticut but little progress in reducing poverty in the state.
