ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Aug. 19 -- Progress Energy issued the following news release:
Progress Energy Florida crews remain on alert today and are quickly restoring outages associated with Tropical Storm Fay. As of 4:30 p.m., Progress Energy Florida had restored 13,500 scattered outages from the storm. Storm-related outages began around 5:00 p.m. yesterday and the areas with the most restored outages include Highlands, Marion, Orange, Polk and Seminole counties. Crews will continue t . . .
