OXFORD, Ohio, Aug. 27 -- Miami University issued the following news release:
Mickey Sarquis, director of the Center for Chemistry Education at Miami University Middletown, received the American Chemical Society's (ACS) 2008 Helen M. Free Award for Public Outreach. She was honored at the national meeting of the ACS - the world's largest scientific society - in Philadelphia Aug. 19.
Sarquis is founder and director of the Center for Chemistry Education (CCE) . . .
