TALLINN, Estonia, Aug. 29 - The government of Estonia issued the following news release:
In the first stage, the fund of wise decisions will support innovative research and development projects to the extent of EEK 11.5 million. In August, 13 new projects were launched in fields that are at the top of the government's priority list. The changes in the structure of the economy will be supported, the employment and education issues attended and the competitiveness of the regio . . .
