BUFFALO, N.Y., July 21 -- The city of Buffalo issued the following press release:
Mayor Byron W. Brown today announced the first phase of installing bicycle racks in commercial districts throughout the City of Buffalo. The new bike racks will facilitate greater opportunities to travel by bike to stores and other businesses in the city's commercial districts.
