SHIMLA, India, Aug. 28 -- The Government of Himachal Pradesh issued the following news release:
Himachal Pradesh is poised to emerge as a Carbon Neutral State in the country and also reduce green house gases emission for the sustenance of life on earth by framing policy on Carbon Credits and preparation of environment water Plan for the State.
