WASHINGTON, Aug. 18 -- The National Association of State Departments of Agriculture issued the following newsletter:
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) held a high-level 50-state meeting August 12 to 14 in St. Louis, Missouri, with state agriculture and health department officials to address a new framework for ensuring the nation's food is safe and secure.
