DES MOINES, Iowa, Jan. 17 -- The Iowa Court of Appeals issued the following opinion:
In her state of the judiciary address to the Iowa General Assembly, Chief Justice Marsha Ternus announced the formation of a special task force to examine the structure of Iowa's magistrate court structure, which has remained largely unchanged for 35 years.
