CLEVELAND, Ohio, Aug. 18 -- The U.S. Department of Defense's Defense Finance & Accounting Service issued the following press release:
The Defense Finance and Accounting Service here successfully processed the first secure electronic funds transfer of U.S. Navy death gratuity benefits Aug. 12.
