TOMS RIVER, N.J., June 30 -- Ocean County issued the following news release:
Freeholder Director Joseph H. Vicari reports that the shore and mainland communities will be going full blast over the July 4th holidays with not only fireworks but also parades, craft shows, concerts and car shows.
Director Vicari has urged the public to attend one of the many commercial fireworks' displays and not to use illegal fireworks.
