LEXINGTON, Ky., Dec. 5 -- The University of Kentucky issued the following news release:
The University of Kentucky Police Department will offer its second Citizen Police Academy to members of the UK and Lexington community in an effort to provide more insight into how police officers perform their duties and how university police serve their community. The program is free and consists of one three-hour class each Monday evening for eight weeks beginning Jan. 14.
