WASHINGTON, Aug. 15 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration issued the following news release:
The U.S. National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) and Kyrgyzstan State Customs Committee (SCC) today announced an agreement to coordinate efforts to prevent nuclear smuggling by installing radiation detection equipment at multiple border crossings in Kyrgyzstan.
