COLLEGE STATION, Texas, Nov. 5 -- Texas A&M University issued the following news release:
"Through an analysis of the last 50 years, we found that sanctions tend to predict when states will engage in military conflict," says Sprecher.
He cites the United Nations Security Council sanctioning Iran because of its uranium enrichment program for nuclear power. Iran is continuing with the enrichment and claims that it is solely for civilian nuclear energy, n . . .
