SAN BERNARDINO, Calif., Aug. 19 -- California State University San Bernardino issued the following news release:

Universities, government labs, and small advanced technology companies interested in commercializing advanced medical technologies for the military are urged to submit proposals to the CCAT (Center for the Commercialization of Advanced Technology) Program at the Office of Technology Transfer and Commercialization at California State University, San Bernardino.
