FARGO, N.D., June 3 -- North Dakota State University issued the following news release:
NDSU catcher Kole Zimmerman was named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District 7 University Division baseball team selected by a vote of the College Sports Information Directors of America on May 8. He also was named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America University Division baseball third team on May 27.
Zimmerman, a history major from Windom, Minn., has a 4.0 grade . . .
