ARLINGTON, Va., Aug. 4 -- The U.S. Army issued the following news release:
Gen. Richard A. Cody, the 31st vice chief of staff of the Army, was honored with a retirement ceremony Friday on the parade field at Fort Myer, Va., following a 36-year career.
